With over 20 years of service on boards and investment committees across the U.S. and internationally, Kaylene has supported transactions in more than 50 countries, balancing financial returns with meaningful impact outcomes.
She specializes in creating processes and systems that work in real-world environments, leading organizations through political and economic uncertainty, and managing mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and integrations.
Her approach to governance and fiduciary management is pragmatic and grounded in the realities of doing business in a global, interconnected world. Known for her ability to navigate risk, manage change, and keep organizations moving forward—even in complex and unpredictable environments—Kaylene helps build strong, resilient businesses for the long term.
Based in Colorado, she’s a naturally curious learner, avid reader, textile collector, and Vipassana meditation practitioner. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog and being with family.
